I have found Home Outfitters to be a great store to find something unique and good quality for my home or gifts for my friends. I found just the hallway accessory I wanted there and I am thrilled with it.

Everytime I have shopped at this Home Outfitters location, I have been met with dissapointment. The quality and products sold here are not the issue; rather it is the staff. No one is around to help you find anything, and even when you do beg someone to aid you, they seem to be unsure of what store they are working in, let alone where to find anything.
The biggest dissapoinment is the checkout service. I'm sure many customers can agree that having one kid at the counter who clearly is not properly trained to use a till, can not accodomate the line ups of customers trying to purchase, or return something. I have walked out on many occasions from the line ups there. Overall, the poor customer service in this store is enough for me to never shop at this location again.
