I wrote about a week ago, about a snafu on a cashier till, to which the cashier & manager at the time both admitted to an incorrect sequence of keyboarding/Interac, that voided my payment transaction on the till, but shot out a receipt to me sayimg "approved". The cashier insisted I re-insert my card, as her copy was voided, and I reluctantly complied, only to find when I checked on-line at home, 2-$100.00 payments were taken from my checking acct. At least 1/2 dozen times this week, I've talked to mgrs, Angela and Tammy, who steadfastly assure me they have faxed HIM in Toronto, & it is HIM who is tardy at his job. I mentioned to the cashiers and mgrs that I recently was discharged from the hospital, & I need that money for current prescriptions. I don't know what else I can say or do. It seems my hands are tied, when all I wanted to do was make a $100 on my account. Please someone out there in Home OUtfitters authority---I need my $100 back, not ASAP, but NOW.
