Desantis promised (signed a contract)to build a Mattomy design(sales rep suggested that since we wanted a split design) for us.The sales rep (Carla) said that all that was needed was superficial modifacations to the outside design but that it was a minor issue and nothing to worry about and we would be getting a new design to approve .No new design arrived and have been given numerous reasons from permits to the mattomy house is to high but it seems that the price we got was too low for them to make enough money(no facts to base that on).Gab Desantis agreed on a price and said that the design was something he had built before so it was not an issue.
We have been told by the sales rep that she has no answers for us other then it is now in the hands of lawyers because Desantis will not build the house that he agreed to build.
We never cared how the outside of the house looked.
