i bought a part from this cmpany in oshawa gave me the wrong part and when i came to get my money back they refused to give it luckly i paid by credit card and the credit card company helped me get my money back i called their head office for help very rude and aywful people to deal with will not help advise to all DO NOT BUY PARTS THERE in oshawa go and buy from partsman and you will get a good treatment

I believe that the parts are priced reasonable. I enjoy the service and i recommend everyone to buy their parts here. The staff are very friendly and are very efficiant!!

They sold me the wrong part for my car, then can't offer me the proper part, then refuse to give me back the $238 they charged me for the wrong part! We called head office and they approved the refund but charged me 20% restocking fee, which (with their calculations) was $48!!!!!

YES, THEY CHARGED ME $48 AND I WALKED AWAY WITH NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE! DO NOT GO TO HOTSPOT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The Scarborough location was able to find a part that most places couldn't find (including dealers). The only problem was that I ordered it Saturday morning and they told me it would be available at noon, it took longer and I had to pick it up on Monday but overall the service was great and I am happy with the part.
