We had HTR Duradek install a duradek on 300sf concrete walk-out deck. The deck is now waterproof and looks beautiful. Thank you to the Duradek crew.

We used HTR Duradek to replace our railings - we chose the glass product and are very happy both with the product and the installation service.

I contracted with duradek at the end of June to cover a small front porch and also to install a glass railing. They were quick to quote a price and I signed a contract in early July. After that, nothing! I phoned, I e-mailed. I received excuses and promises and sometimes they totally ignored me. This small project was eventually finished, after constant begging by myself, and after I threatened to cancel,at the end of October. A project which should have taken no more than two weeks in fact took 4 months to complete. Their customer service is terrible and I would never recomend them to anyone!

Mike and Tyler have turn our new deck into a gorgeous deck. We put up a 22x15 deck that needed to be finished with a waterpoof finish. After contacting Duradeck, Mike called and I was so impressed with the level of attention to my needs.

Tyler met with me on site to review the project and within days, I cannot believe the finished product.

Excellent to deal with. Professional, courteous and accommodating. On site staff were friendly, efficient and aware of those around them (children). The work site was kept clean. Emails and phone calls were returned quickly and full of information. I'd say I can't wait to work with them again, but the warranty is so good, it won't be for many years!

We had our duradek deck replaced. Everything, from the first appointment to get a quote to the actual work, went very smoothly. The team was on time, and very skilled and professional.

During the duradek replacement, some rot was found on the deck surface. The team did a very fine job at replacing the rotted wood, and did so a reasonable price.

Mike and Tyler and there men did a great job installing plywood and then the Duradek. Mike was a great help choosing the right colour for our deck. Now we can leave our furniture out below and not have to worry about it getting wet. The work was all performed in 1 day and the clean up was immaculate. Definitely a 5 star company.
