DO NOT take you clothes there either! I had a lot of clothes (11 pieces) dry cleaned by Humber Dry Cleaners (on the Queensway) and 10 came back smelling. I paid over $130 for this service so I brought them back. The owner was very rude! He told me that dry cleaners do not get smells i.e. under arm deodorant smells out of clothing. He even asked me how often had I taken clothes to dry cleaners! I informed him that I had been taking clothes to dry cleaners for several years and I never had this problem. In fact this was my second time visiting them. I also told him not to speak to me so rudely. His son/a younger man took over and stated the same thing! He also told me the other places where I have taken my clothing probably weren't dry cleaning my suits and dresses they were probably washing them. I asked wouldn't that ruin them and he told me eventually. He opened up one of my jackets to have a look and it was in perfect condition - it didn't look mistreated at all. He informed me that I could leave it with them and they would try again but I would have to pay for the services again! I asked - what sense does that make if you and the other older man just told me you can't get under arm deodorant smells out of clothing and he shrugged. They were not apologetic and they did not offer anything to resolve the situation.
