I visited the clinic today for 12 sider vien removal. Clinic is clean and welcoming. I had to wait for almost half an hour but its OK - it happened at the mots of places, no complains. Treatment was satisfying. Can't see the results at the moment as it takes some time. Hope it will work fine. But... For $179+tax I got treatment of area 2.5x2.5 sm for 10 min. When I asked if the regular price for this treatment of 2,5x2,5 sm area is $1,700 ( as it was sated on the groupon), i didn't receive logical explanation. I am not a complainer, so I just got the treatment, paid tax and left. You will be better off to use your $192 toward their regular prices - you will get larger area covered. I am not returning back for sure, as I feel used and misled. I understand its a business, but just give a small discount of 20% to attract your customers, don't assume people can't see what is behind your 90% fake savings.

I guess they had some problems before - there is a sign on the side of their front desk facing waiting area, explaining that you have to pay before treatment as they had difficulties to collect money for treatments in the past.

Make informed decision when buy this 90% discount deal. Stay smart.

I don't know how anyone can give IMD Laser any bad reviews and those of you who are trying to ruin their reputation, SHAME ON YOU!! Did you speak to Isabelle? I think you have them confused with another poorly rated clinic!
