    In-line-Towing Is bullying

In-line Towing provided me towing service Sunday March 18th. The next day they took my full payment by Visa by phone. after that they send me bill to sign, and I found the basic charge is 30 more than I was told by phone. I demand an explanation and didn't sign the bill. Wednsday they called me and I was in a meeting, didn't get the message, then they towed away my car from Body-Shop and hold for five days now. Today they send me another bill for $669.68. I have to sue them tomorrow. If any one have similar experience please call me. my phone is 403-212-1942
    Thanks
    Wendy

    Consider this

Good day! In keeping communication transparent, it is important for all to know I am currently working at Inline Towing and for the Owner and General Manager Joe Koster.

I have taken it upon myself to read many of the reviews and think it is important to bring light to the fact that most posts are written with intense emotion. Business is business, period! I strongly encourage and even challenge readers and people posting, to think about the content of the review, the angle at which its written, the source of the 'information' provided and the potential WHY of the delivery.

Employees and entrepreneurs at times think differently to say the least. As employees come on board to work for entrepreneurs I presume based on some of these posts there may have been some clash created. My challenge to you is to recognize there are two sides to every story and what is posted here is one side. My humble experience is that the people who have the most time to write posts and reviews such as I am writing right now and have been posted publicly, are the employees. What's important of course to realize, the person's story who is not told is the entrepreneurs which in this case is the Owner and General Manager of Inline.

With all do respect, I believe all readers have a brain to disect the information in an appropriate manner themselves. I also realize peoples' psychy and perception of people and business operations is easily influenced by emotional input. Emotions vs reality is a very powerful differentiation to create for yourself. I hope you have brains enough to dissect the truth, and courage enough to accept it.
