I have a 2007 Ford Edge which was purchased at this dealership. The buying experience was great and was treated very well. The problems I have relate to the "after-sale service". My 2007 Edge has been in 7 times for wheel-related issues and they keep charging me to mistakes made my their mecanics. My heat shield was removed in order to inspect the car the last time I was there and now they want to charge me half an hour of labour for the repair. I originally brought it in because I was hearing a variety of metal-on-metal noises but the noises never go away even thought they keep charging me. I have paid $1006.00 and the issues are still there. They even to refuse to have someone take a drive around the block to listen to the noises...they just keep telling me that they will find these noises by lifting the car and visually inspecting! My recommendation is to find another Ottawa-based Ford dealership to deal with (if you must drive a Ford).
