I had gotten my hair cut at this sallon located in erinmills towncenter. My hair was uneven, the hairdresser was EXTREMELY rude and I would not recomend their service to anyone until the staff revise their attitudes towards clients.

Ths is the 3rd time I've been to this salon. The first cut was fabulous then the 2nd ok and the 3rd well the stylist didnt seem to care at all. There is a definate lack of professionalism in the salon. Lots of gossip about people amongst the stylists who dont even care if you can hear! And it feels like a private club for junior stylists.The reseption staff are very casual and lacking in customer care training.

I am sick of all these stylist who do not have the natural talent as well as not knowing what they are doing and then charge you a hell of a lot and more for a no big deal job for these matronly looking styles. They are not creative. And there are the ones that shun away from a bit of a challenge - like curly hair for instance. Any hairdresser who don't know how to cut curly hair in this day ad age should not be in a salon.

My two daughters and myself go to Trish at Lattitudes. The girls and myself love her. She is a younger person and on top of everything especially with her cuts. I am in my 50's told her I wanted a modern, classy style while not trying to look like 16. I got an awesome modern cut, suitable for my face and looked years younger. She is also into hair care. A lot of stylists do not care they just do whatever you want no suggestions no information given and do not care if you fry your hair, colour it or bleach it 50 times over then flat iron it over and over. Some stylists learn the trade for the sake of getting a cheque. THIS GIRL IS A NATURAL ARTIST IT COMES FROM WITHIN AND THATS WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A GREAT STYLIST. I HAVE SINCE BEEN GOING TO TRISH AND WILL CONTINUE FOR MANY MORE YEARS TO COME. CHECK HER OUT. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

It must depend on the person because when it comes to color, Chris is absolutely amazing at what he does, and the scalp massage he personally does himself AMAZINGLY RELAXING

I have been going here for a couple years as have my 2 daughters ages 6 and 9. It seems to be getting progressively worse. My 6 yr old got her hair cut today and I've never seen anything so uneven. It is too short to even properly fix now so I guess the only option is to let it grow, although I will be taking her to a different salon to tidy it up as best as possible. I'm done with l'attitudes.

Had a color and cut/style done and it's absolutely atrocious. It wasn't even a complex cut, just a basic trim/touch-up and I could have cut it better with a pair of kitchen seers!
I didn't really notice how bad it was until I washed it and than noticed the horrid job when I styled it.
Overpriced hack-job!
I now need to find another stylist to fix it. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Reshma is the best stylist ever at this salon she is fast and really knows her work. Colour, cut, highlight, and style by far the best I have been too. Will not go anywhere else.

i always went to l'attitudes as a child since my godmother worked there. i never left disappointed at my hair cut, and even as i look back at pictures and remember how much i liked my hair cuts from her, i've decided to start going back. the only reason i stopped was because it was a hassle having to drive 20-30 minutes away just for a hair cut.

Guess it depends on the stylist.. I use Reshma there and she's great. Has been doing my hair for years.

changed my hair from brown to black
dont ever trust them with your hair coloring
also left dye on my head
did a bad job of blow drying it as well
manager only gave a 10 % discount
and the stylist was so bad told meto use head and shoulders to lighten it.
