I went in for a hole in my radiator and it turned out to be the timing belt, I was extremely limited on cash and the service people sympathized as my car's engine was on the verge of destruction. They were very helpful and friendly and got my car going again within the budget.

love the car but will never return to Leavens london on. I wrote Chris Leavens a letter regarding my very very very poor customer service. Chris continues the poor customer service as he has yet to respond. There focus seems to be on selling the car and not customer service. The size of tires on my car were not the same size as they told me. Therefore the upgrade of 18 inch wheels were never onmy car which made me question other options they misrepresented. i feel so strongly about not being involved with this company that I paid a fee to dicontinue my financing with vw.
