Like a number of the posters above, I bought a voucher from LivingSocial for 6 sessions and had a terrible experience. I also managed to coerce a few of my friends into buying the voucher as well, and none of them fared any better. Although the receptionist was usually very pleasant, we usually found the laser technicians extremely pushy and impersonal. They were very unfriendly and seemed to be trying to just get us in and out as soon as possible. They try to get away with removing hair from the smallest area they can. They encouraged us all to try the treatment on a different part of our body each time we came in (therefore achieving extremely minimal hair reduction in a number of places rather than total hair removal anywhere). They were very forceful about promoting their other laser hair removal packages, despite the dozens of times we all repeated that we are students, and NO, we CAN NOT AFFORD IT. They were not very attentive to keeping the door closed during the session to respect our privacy - they would walk out while we were lying half-naked on the table and not close the door all the way. Apparently laser hair removal is generally more successful on people with lighter skin and darker hair, which is me to a T, and the technicians also informed us that 6 treatments was a fairly average number required to achieve the desired results. Nonetheless, after 6 treatments, I see MAYBE a 10% hair reduction, at best. I could not be more dissatisfied, and I am embarrassed that I coerced my friends into going to this clinic before I knew what I was getting into. Stay away!

  We're sorry that you felt that our technicians were unfriendly. We keep a high standard of excellence at our clinic whether it is our service, or the way we treat our clients. It may have been that the technician was overwhelmed with clients that day, but we have forwarded your thoughts to the technicians to ensure that they are aware.
  
  We do not encourage treatment in other areas in order to do less work in a focused area. We ALWAYS ensure that the area you have paid for is covered before we offer doing complimentary patch tests elsewhere.
  
  It is the job of our staff to make sure that all our special promotions are offered to every client. We keep track of which clients we have already spoken to. However, if the technician is especially busy, she may not have a chance to look at the note. This is the only reason you would be consistently offered a promotion. At any rate, we do not push our clients into anything. We simply offer our services to make our clients happy.
  
  With regards to keeping the door closed- the technician will only leave the room in the case of extreme emergency. The door is also always kept shut in the case of this emergency. If left a little open, you can rest assured that there is no one else in the clinic. We always respect our clients' privacy.
  
  With any laser hair removal, there is no absolute guarantee of 100% hair removal by 6 sessions. Almost all clients expect this. Even if you have dark hair and light skin, your personal body response is a huge factor. If your hair removal has not been what you expected, that does not mean our work was not up to par. That means that your body takes longer to respond to laser hair removal.

Hi Leeza,
I just wanted to thank you so much for everything with the skin rejuvenation. My skin tone was really uneven and I had bad rosacea. After 6 sessions, my skin looks flawless and the treatments were painless. I've done fraxel before and it was so aggressive and made my face even more red. The skin rejuvenation treatment is great for anyone who wants to fix their skin imperfections without having their face burn and look like a tomato afterwards.

Not too long ago, I decided to do laser treatment for my underarms. I heard from a friend about this place and I decided to go. On my first visit I spoke to Leeza and the laser hair technician Azar. They both explained the process and their receptionist gave me an appointment. I was told I would need between 6-8 sessions. I went every month for six months and by the 5th session, there was barely any hair left. I'm glad I went here, but not just because of the results. Leeza and Azar were always professional. Azar was also friendly during the sessions, which made them easier for me. I'm planning to go for my legs next. Thank you Leeza and staff!

Thanks Leeza! How could I ever thank you?
Never thought it would be possible! I've been suffering from literally 'man's legs' for years and years of my life! I had such dark and thick hair on my legs to the point that I could not do anything about it. If I shaved it would be out and rough after few hours!! If I waxed, my legs would be red and bumpy like chicken legs (since the hair was so thick that would not grow out properly and I would have red ingrown hair all over my legs)!! I was always embarrassed to show my legs and would dread summer times when it would come to waring shorts/skirts! I even had to try to put cover up or face powder to try to hide the red bumps...!! so lets just say a real nightmare!!
And now, I have the legs of a baby! smooth, soft and hairless legs!! I never thought it would ever be for me!!
Yes, thanks to Leeza's Laser I feel like a lady and could not be happier!! It's been years later since, and I was sitting and thinking of those days, when I decided to finally write a review to THANK Leeza for that blessing!! Thank You!

I bought an internet package for ipl hair removal at Leeza Hair Removal at 20 Eglinton E. Toronto.

I was treated unprofessionally, kept in the office and asked to buy extra treatments for 20 minutes before my treatment could begin. The bikini line treatment was a mere sweep across the panty line at the inguinal ligament. No work was done on the upper thigh or above the inguinal line to suit a thinner panty. No work was done above to clean the line above the horizontal line along the hip level panty waistband.
At the last treament the therapist told me that my facial skin looked terrible and that i needed work done on my face. I have had a fraxel teatment and many IPL treatment on my face and did not feel that she was taking my feelings into account.

  The reason you were offered extra treatments is due to the fact that you split up your voucher for 3 sessions per area. For any kind of laser hair removal, a minimum of 6 sessions is required. We offered you the extra sessions to complete the 6 sessions for ideal results.
  
  To clear up why the areas you mentioned were not covered: the voucher that you bought covers a bikini line treatment, which does not include the horizontal line and is for the panty line only. A client who comes in with a voucher gets the equivalent area covered as 2 underarms, an upperlip, or any of the other areas mentioned on the voucher. All areas that can be done with a voucher are relatively small, which is why you may have felt that the area was not fully covered.
  
  With regards to the technician: she did not mean to offend you with her comment, but if the technician does mention anything to a client it is only because we offer other services and it is just to let the client know. She did not mean to come across as rude, and I have let her know of your review. She does apologize for any misunderstanding.

I have read the reviews here for Leeza's and have not seen any for the sublative rejuvenation. I have done about 5 sessions of the sublative for my acne scars. I had deep acne scars and they are sooo much better! I am going to continue with the sessions until they are completely gone, but I just wanted to say that I am actually seeing resulsts from the sublative and I cannot believe that there is a laser treatment that can fix such bad scarring. Thanks!!

I have used other spas for laser & Velashape treatments but I am so glad I finally found Leeza's spa. Leeza & Hasti are friendly, happy to accomodate bookings & wonderful people.

After having a bad experience at another laser clinic I was ready to give up. However, my friend convinced me to try Leeza's Laser and I was extremely satisfied. Leeza uses Elos Laser which is great for all hair types, which worked great on me since I am blond. I started with my upper lip and saw results after the second session. I actually went to Leeza's to do velashape for my stomach and thighs. These two spots have really bothered me because I have constantly dieted and exercised but I still had cellulite on my thighs and my belly just wouldn't go away even though I exercise constantly. I've gone to another clinic for vela and spent thousands of dollars and saw no results. I found Leeza's online and I've now finished my 6th session. The cellulite on my thighs is gone completely and my belly as well. I have never been happier. The price was amazing considering how much of my body I did and they really spent time on my treatment and didn't rush it.

On November 25, 2010, I purchased a Dealfind voucher for a six session laser package with Leeza’s Laser Clinic for my daughter for Christmas to laser her underarms. When we attended at our first appointment Leeza was extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, and professional. She proceeded to explain to my daughter how the laser works and why the laser she uses is more effective than others. It was my daughter’s first laser treatment ever and Leeza took the time to go over any concerns we had and make her feel comfortable before commencing the procedure. My daughter is now going in to her fourth session and has already noticed a drastic reduction in the amount of hair she used to have. She loves the results! Thank you Leeza for being so wonderful. My only true regret was not buying more than one package so I could have Leeza laser me as well!

My first session: I waited 40 minutes beyond the appointment time to be served. At that point, I could no longer wait.
My second session: I upgraded to a brazilian before I got onto the bed which was a mistake. You are to remove all clothes from the waist down and lye on the bed with your legs open (understandable, since this is the area to be worked on). What is bothersome is that the technicians feel like it is okay to expose the half naked client to everyone in the waiting room by opening the door to leave and come back. They do this several times during the treatment to get supplies or check something at the front desk. I for one am not comfortable showing my body to strangers that have no need to see it. If I felt otherwise, you would see me walking around nude, right? The design of the treatment rooms has been very poorly planned and I am surprised they have not changed this around. There is plenty of space, even an unused bed against the opposite wall which is given complete privacy, even when the door is open.
Customer Service: I feel the waiting room is immaculate, very enjoyable but once in the treatment room there are Tim Hortons coffees and half eaten muffins on the table. For a place that holds themselves to such excellence, they fail in this area greatly. The cheap Rexall gelvbottles also put a damper on the experience...

i can't believe that i'm finally seeing results from hair removal. i did 14 sessions at another clinic and saw barely any reduction. will not mention the clinic name out of respect. i have done 5 sessions at leeza's and i've already seen an 80% reduction and i'm SOOOO happy! i started with one body part because i was nervous. but now that i am seeing such good results i will definitely get more parts of my body done.

i'm surprised to see negative reviews, it is hard to find a good laser clinic these days and leeza's is one of them. their service is excellent, they're also very accomodating. i have reschedule my appointment a few times and they were very nice about it.
i'm halfway through and i'm already seeing major results. i will update again when i'm done my sessions.

I purchased a voucher off Dealfind and went to Leeza's for my upper lip originally. I was so happy with my results that now I'm also getting my legs done and skin rejuvenation!
I have read the other reviews here and everyone is complaining about the packages!! But Leeza's prices are actually really good, I went to two other clinics before getting the voucher for Leeza's and they were cheaper, but my hair grew back. I am already seeing better results at Leeza's after a few sessions.
Also when I first came in I was told that Leeza's uses elos. I didn't know what this is- I googled it. This machine is actually very different from other ones. So I am very happy with the price I am paying for this machine!!
