I used to really like this salon but not anymore! I called to make an appointment with my usual stylist who apparantly had been let go. So I made an appt with someone else. I had been trying for months to grow my hair out so I went in asking for a simple trim. I made a point of telling her I always wear my hair curly and wanted to keep it that way. But I don't think she heard anything I said. She looked at me and seemed to get her own idea of what she wanted to do. She chopped off all my hair super short and straightened it with a straightening iron. It looked so awful and was the exact opposite of what I wanted! Then when I wanted to put my hat on she told me not to! I went home and cried for two days and I will never ever go back there. Oh, and the kicker? Because she was the manager I had to pay twice the usual rate. Something she didn't tell me beforehand. Glad I had my debit card with me.

I have had the same stylists there (Nikki) for over 2 years now. She is fabulous and dedicated to her clients. Really takes the extra time and attention needed to alway impress. Highly recommend this salon! Very reasonable prices too.

I love the new look of Liquid's downtown location. It's very warm and calming, which is nice to have in a salon when you finally get a chance to get away from your kids to unwind. Nikki, one of the stylists did a fabulous job on my hair with natural looking highlights and stylish cut. Will definitely go back!

i went there for a brow wax and the girl did a really good job with my brows. there was a loud blonde lady there, i guess the owner or manager or something, but i mainly talked with the girl doing my waxing so i had a good experience there.

I had my hair cut at this salon a few months ago. I had the owner, I forget her name. All she did was talk about herself, her kids, her house, her husband, her live in nanny, all of her money etc etc. I could have put up with the B.S. if she did a good job on my hair. It was a pretty simple "Bob" but after I got home I noticed the sides were noticibly uneven. I guess if she talked less and paid more attention to the job at hand the result would have been different. I think she is trying to be a trendy salon without the talent to back up her claims.
