We have booked a wedding ceremony at The Little Wedding Chapel ,both The white Wedding Chapel and the Little Wedding Chapel are operated by the same people. We booked a week in advance, and confirmed twice before the time and details of ceremony. We and our guests arrive to the chapel 15 min prior to the ceremony as advised by the chapel people and the door is closed. Sign on door says back @ 630 however it was 645 pm!!! The guests are cold as it was mid March huddled in their cars! At 7 pm (time of the ceremony) no chapel people to be found at any of the locations, no one picks up the phone, what do you do?
Lucy that the place where we had our diner came through with a minister and we had to move our ceremony there, which worked out great! The people that operate both these chapels are irresponsible and unreliable! Stay away as your special day should not have the stress caused by negligence of an organization of such nature!
