Two weeks ago, my mother wanted to celebrate her birthday with some casual dining rather than have my wife and I cook for the whole family. I agreed since i would rather spend my Mother's birthday with her than slaving over a stove. We made a unanimous decision to go to the Lonestar Texas Grill in Pickering because we are all fans of fajitas. However, I was skeptical because i have heard of some health infractions in the recent past but, on we went anyways. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted by a very friendly and smiling host staff. They seemed very organized and although the restaurnt was busy we did not have to wait long for a table. Once we were seated we almost immediately greeted by our server with chips and salsa. Which i might add were very fresh and delicious. The server proceeded to take our drink and entree orders and our food came out in excellent time. Everything was hot and tasty. Especially our sizzling fajitas. Our dining experience really made the night and my mothers 65th birthday. Thank you Lonestar. We will definietly be back again! I recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!
