During a recent visit to the Park Royal Lugaro’s jewelry store location, to say that I am upset is an understatement.
I have been a loyal customer to the Lugaro’s brand 4 years purchasing gifts for my wife and daughters. I have no idea why I have been so loyal.
Lugaro’s has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. For starters EVERYTIME I visit their store, I wait for a great deal amount of time before someone even bothers to address me. However, during my most recent visit the sales associate at Lugaro’s Jewellers took one look at me up and down and made an audible sigh noise. I must admit I am not the most stylish dressed man, but the way they treated me was unjust. I felt inferior and belittled and judged based upon my appearance.
I would not recommend this company to anyone I know or do not know.

  I myself have witnessed their horrible customer service at Lugaro’s Jewellers. I no longer shop with them; I only go to Birks in Park Royal mall now. Birks has amazing staff which are extensively trained in customer service (they are just down the hallway), do not waste your time with Lugaro’s. They have grown to have a horrible reputation in West Vancouver.
