The October 22 Founders' day deal was a free apple pie with all purchases over $10.
The customer before me got the apple pie but I was offered a package of beans "because they had run out of apple pie".
I refused the beans but the cashier was instructed to ring the item as though I received the pie even though I got noting of the sort.

there's a location in Oliver Square on 116th and 104th Avenue that is just pitiful. there's a short fat kid named travis running around in there not knowing what he's doing. a few girls and a guy that always looks out of it. the service is terrible, when you go in there, they are always sitting on their butts in the back room. I've never had any good service there, so I stopped going.
