I agree totally with the above comments. Also, they do not write cheques if the amount is under $50 so then you have to take in more stuff and wait many more months to be paid. They are quite snobby, call you "dear" and act like they are doing you a huge favour taking your clothes. (They won't take many brands such as RW and Plum).And half the time they say your item sold for $5 if you ask what it sold for so you only get $2!!!(I think they are having financial problems and are cooking the books). They rarely answer their phone so it is very hard to speak to someone to arrange to get they $$ they owe you (and you need an appointment to pick up your cheque!!!) I dealt with the previous owners for years but I am never going back again as they are such a pain to deal with.

Great variety of clothing at good prices. However, if you're taking clothes in to be sold, they wait 6 months until the end of the contract to settle, only give you 40% and then tell you they only write cheques at the beginning of each month. It seems to be a painful thing to be paid. Also, I never get a copy of the selling prices so can never verify the payout amount is correct.
