I went to magic cuts and had a hair dresser named Joy, well she was a joy to have cut my hair. I am very picky about my hair cuts, I hate having it done at all, but I had a cut and color done for the first time in years and I must say I totally love my hair now. I am not sure about the other hair dressers there but the lady I had is awesome.

I am a senior male 71 years old, on July 2 I had a haircut at the Sumas location ,the attendant was a oriental female.At end of my haircut , which by the way took approx. 10 min. she said something i didn't understand, she repeated it 2 more times, I said no, when I went to pay the price was $18.95, she pointed to a sign that said haircut and shampoo was $18.95 I told her I did not have a shampoo , then she said she offered the shampoo,I then realized that she had said "wash" when the haircut was complete-- Why a shampoo AFTER and NOT BEFORE a haircut, I am complaining about the price for the service I received , I WAS ,as WAS my family regular patrons of MAGIC CUTS --- BUT NO MORE>>>>>>

These guys suck, bunch of rookie barbers and hair dressers that practice on you and mess everything up. At least there not as bad as Great Clips, those guys are even worse.
