I am a senior male 71 years old, on July 2 I had a haircut at the Sumas location ,the attendant was a oriental female.At end of my haircut , which by the way took approx. 10 min. she said something i didn't understand, she repeated it 2 more times, I said no, when I went to pay the price was $18.95, she pointed to a sign that said haircut and shampoo was $18.95 I told her I did not have a shampoo , then she said she offered the shampoo,I then realized that she had said "wash" when the haircut was complete-- Why a shampoo AFTER and NOT BEFORE a haircut, I am complaining about the price for the service I received , I WAS ,as WAS my family regular patrons of MAGIC CUTS --- BUT NO MORE>>>>>>
