My first visit to this salon was 2 weeks ago. My hairdreser of 15 years had retired and after a very poor haircut by the new owner I was hoping for better result. Celeste (who did my cut and curl) listened to what I wanted and I was so pleased with the results. You definitely have a new customer. Thanks

My family usually come to this magic cut for our haircuts and generally we are satisfied with the staff and our cuts. However today the hairdresser who did my hair did not offer to wash my hair (even though she was going to charge me for it because it is included in the price)I had to ask for it. The reason she didn't offer because she said that it was raining and cold! Then she tried to convince me that I didn't need a shampoo because my hair was clean. So she shampooed and cut my hair the way I wanted, then she didn't even bother to blow dry my hair even slightly to get all the cut hair off my head! I ran my fingers through my hair and handfuls of cut hair came out. They were busy, but is that the way to treat a customer. Why not make the shampoo part optional and charge accordingly like all the other magic cut.
