The lady showed me a picture of exactly what I asked for and then fumbled through, obviously not knowing what she was doing. Had to blow-dry my own hair and then noticed that one side was different than the other. Had to blow dry myself because shegot me off the chair and wanted to start her next victim. Asked her to fix it and she didn't know how. Now I look like my six year old cut my hair and I bet he would have done a better job! I'd rather have Edward scissorhands do my hair than this place again.
