I've been going to Magicuts at the Kingston Center now for over five years, and I have always been treated well and enjoyed every exoerience. I have a couple of favourite syylists but all of them are excellent! I highly recommend this salon! Thank you!

I had this experience as well (inside square one), however I was taken before some people even though it appeared like I was coming in later than some other people---but actually I came even earlier and left to shop around since the hairdressers were busy and then came back so to everyone else it sorta seemed like i was cutting the line. I had my first cut with Elizabeth actually and even though she takes her time I liked it and she makes sure you're happy. The staff is friendly but sometimes it seems like they should have another person working so people don't have to wait too long. Overall, pretty good!

Hair cutters in Magicuts,Zellers, Square One are rude, lazy and the worst part of all, are discriminatory, especially these two workers named Elizabeth and Rosa. They treated new customers differently, they will hold you to wait in line for so long only to take people whom they like and favoured, very unprofessional, it was a very disappointing experience. We don't need to support an unfriendly saloon like this, go to Smartstyle in Walmart, the staff are friendly and accommodating.

i'd select zero, but it won't let me. half a star is over-generous. i went in with my husband and they said that it would be about 5 minutes for both of us.. finally after about 45 minutes of waiting, and numerous customers coming and going, we FINALLY got our turns. they didn't give me the style we spoke about - i even brought a few pictures from magazines, to help. it looked more like a mullet than anything !!! i'm not in the 80s, why??!! the woman working on my hair (if you can call it "working") had a very unplesant body odour and i don't know if she uses toothpaste. my husband didn't have a complaint about his haircut, but i'm sure he was half-a-sleep when we finally left. would never go here again, would never reccommend this place to ANYONE.

had to wait over an hour, while they took customers that had come in long after i had. i eventually just walked out without a haircut. even heard a lady who worked there take a phone call and say that they don't do appointments, you just walk in and that's the order you'll get served. biggest waste of my time. i will never even consider going back. horrible business.

A pretty good haircut at a reasonable price, but nothing too fancy.
