I visited this dealership with my family this evening looking for more information about the 2013 Rav4. After almost 10 minutes of being there and with no one greeting us or asking if we needed any help, I approached Julie from the Concierge desk to get more information about pricing. I had already spent a few minutes looking at the floor model and was ready to learn more and about the price and financing. Julie was rude and abrupt when I did not want to fill out the survey form. She REFUSED to help me. Rather than call a sales person, she told me to go online! I was furious! After driving all the way to the dealership, the dealership would actually refuse to help me get more information on a vehicle I was interested in buying?! I had to be very firm to Julie about requesting to speak to a sales person. She then called Tony Cheng who actually changed my impression of Markville Toyota Scion.

Tony was friendly, articulate, and had excellent product knowledge. He was able to answer all of my questions and then some. All in all, my experience with this dealership ended on a positive note. However, my first impression was awful. I believe Markville Toyota Scion needs to review their Concierge Customer Service protocols as it is poor and definitely not up to par with other dealerships.

We have had two kids added to our family and it was time to consider adding a second car to our transportation family. Our initial search started with us looking at the Corolla but after various considerations and looking at other brands we focused on the Sienna. After numerous visits to the Toyota dealerships in our area, we were happy to find salesperson Terry Zhou who was willing to go to bat for us.

Terry made many trips to the Sales Manager to help us reach our target purchase price. It was tough going for a while and Terry surely took some bumps and bruises. But in the end we all achieved a win-win-win scenario. Markville Toyota got a vehicle off the lot, Terry got a sale and we got a van.

We are sure that Terry is recovered now to help fight for you
when you are ready to purchase a vehicle.

Markville Toyota has started a positive relationship with us and we look forward to visiting their service center in a few months.

My first brand new car purchase ever and it went very smooth! Shafaz Mohamed sold me a 2013 Scion FR-S, he was extremely helpful and was not pushy, explained everything inside and out regarding the car. I even tested him with some trivial facts and he knew all the answers.
I've been to other dealerships and always felt pressure to buy or they made you feel dumb. Not this location. Markville Toyota/Scion is very friendly and simply the BEST!

Kumar was very attentive and knowlegdeable - not one thing was missing. This is the 3rd Toyota we have owned with a lexus in between. Markville Toyota provided the least stress we have experienced at any dealership we have been to yet.

We would recommend Markville and Kumar to our fiends and children.

Customer service good But I did not like your system as the front desk should call someone to help instead letting the people choose who should they dealing with. I personally choose a person and deal with , I do not like anyone to take me by hand to show me who is going to help me. That is called intuition , which means you connect with the sales person and you go from there. I have chosen Andrew and in less than an hour we got the deal signed , he did listen to all I said and he followed the instructions. I believe that excellent customer serv means listen what the buyer wants and guide him through. Andrew was the best Hong Kong guy I ever met , after that experience we are best friends. I did like the way he listen the way he talks good manners very well educated young man. We just love you guys and I make sure I'll be back.

We purchased a new Camry XLE from Markville Toyota. We had an extremely positive experience in dealing with the staff at Markville. In addition to the orderly set up at MArkville, the Product Advisor, the Financial Services Manager and the New Car Sales Manager were very knowledgeable and courteous. We certainly recommend Markville Toyota and will use Markville Toyota for our future automobile needs.

Almost 3 years ago I picked up a Tundra for a project here at work. Well that Tundra did exactly everything I needed it to do.
However that project finished and I didn't need it's muscle any more. My Toyota account representative gave me a call and asked I bring it in before the lease was up and get a Tacoma which would suit my needs better. Well after a couple of hours a deal was struck, the Tundra has found another owner and the Tacoma is in. The Tacoma is another excellent product by Toyota. So all in all Toyota is looking out for my business needs too! Who would have guessed.

On March 25th, I took my Sienna to Markville to get an oil change. Earlier that day while doing errands for work, my front driver's side bumper was hit by someone who did not stick around leaving it with white paint transfer and some scratches.

When I drove in and parked, I was greeted by a familiar face - Nick. We had a quick chat and I had told him about the incident earlier in the day. He was sympathetic and told me that he would have a look at it and see if there's anything that he could do.

I expected that the oil change would be first and then once downstairs in the wash, maybe he's have someone would look at it then. After only a few minutes in the waiting room, with towel in hand, Nick came back and asked me to come back to my vehicle. He had personally gone downstairs to get a towel and some compound and buffed out almost all of the paint and scuffs!!!

I was so surprised that he took it upon himself to do and really appreciated his efforts!

It's really nice to know that there is still that kind of genuine, old fashioned customer service left in this world and Nick is the finest example of it! You need to keep him around for a very long time... :)

Nobody can tell me that there is a better service centre for my Toyota - it's only Markville for me!

We have nothing but praise for Henry Hoang, General Manager and Daniel Cheng, Senior Product Manager. Two week ago, after having visited two other Toyota dealerships, we walked in at Markville Toyota on a busy Saturday afternoon. Mr Hoang, although was on his day off, but for some reason he had come to the dealership. When he noticed how busy all the sales persons were, he rolled up his sleeves and approached us and answered all our questions. What a pleasure it was dealing with him.
We ended up buying a 2013 Prius C the same afternoon. Daniel Cheng took over and we found him to be equally caring and when we picked up the car, he must have spent over an hour with us and showed us all the features of the car, explained the warranty, etc, etc. He introduced us with the Service Manager and we left like VIPs. Few days after we took possession of the car, Daniel called us and inquired us how we liked the car and whether we had any concerns. I have bought several new cars but no dealership has treated us so well. Well done, Daniel 7 Henry at Markville Toyota.
I will have no hesitation recommending these people and dealerships to my friends.

My wife and I are repeat customers with Markville Toyota. Sossi Dee,our saleslady was very professional and knowledgable. She knows how to work with the clients to find the right vehicle for them, and makes decision making easier by giving them different options.
Our car was delivered to us sooner than expected, "small touches" were added to the deal, which made the whole experience memorable. I highly recommend Markville and Sossi Dee to anyone who's thinking about buying a car.

I honestly find Markville Toyota to be a complete Joke , and one with extremely poor customer service from service Manager Diaz to Mr. Hoang. Horrible service for people with this kind of title . These guys cannot fix a simple problem on my car.

They honestly dont belong in the automobile industry .
If you like better service then go to GM Dealerships.

They just full of it when speaking to paying customers always of how highly the value customers etc. ALL JUST A BIG LIE

Buy even a Hyundai they are way cheaper and excellent warranty 7 years and service great.

Best car shopping experience that we have had. Kumar, John and Grace were very attentive and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Service was perfect - not one thing was missing. This is the 3rd Toyota I have owned with two BMW's in between. Markville Toyota provided the least stress we have experienced at any dealership we have been to yet.

Sossi Dee was the agent at Markville that handled the purchase of my 2013 Toyota Yaris. 5 years ago I leased a vehicle from Markville and Sossi Dee was also the agent that helped.
