Recently my daughter had some problems with her Toyota Matrix and she had brought the vehicle on several occasions only to have the same issues persist. AJ was very diligent in getting resolution as he patiently had the car serviced a few times to uncover the problem. AJ did in fact find the problem and he ensured that the mechanic spent a significant amount of time correcting it. My daughter is a struggling student and this is her first experience with a new car. I have just recently spoken to her and she is thrilled that AJ was able to finally have the problem fixed.
