We tried to get wedding invitations from them. They were very slow to get back to us, but we had started planning early, so we thought we had the time to deal with them. After over a month and a half of back and forth, we were to the point where we had our final design ready and THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO US! We emailed them several times, wrote to them and tried to call them. I highly suggest you save yourself some stress and just skip them.
