Starting with their phone staff and ending with their drivers my experience with Medowlark has been filled with constant rude behavior. They're phone staff, are short, abrupt and in no way the least bit polite or pleasent to talk to. If you don't hang up then, be prepared for a driver that doesn't know the city well, will take an exceptionally long route and will talk about inappropriate topics.

I have given them 2 trys. I thought perhaps my first experience was fluke....an off day. I will never be giving them a third chance. I'd rather walk 1000km then have to sit in one of their vehicles.
