The day before we travelled we had a winter weather event that messed are area up. Mermaid called and suggested leaving a little early so we were sure to make our flight. They arrived when they said they would. We had a quiet comfortable drive. They showed up when it was time to take us home. Both drivers were curtious, polite and careful drivers. We will use there services again.

I simply emailed the itinerary to the office and he was well prepared for where he was taking them. He was prompt and the vehicle was in like new condition. I am writing to follow up from our conversation earlier this afternoon.

I have requested a change of limo size due to an unexpected emergency. Half of the occupancy of the H2 Hummer Limo that we requested were all from the same family. On Wednesday March 16th there was a death in the family. As a result, none of those guests could attend the planned outing. The remaining people and myself did what we could to fill the spaces without success. As a solution I have requested a 10 passenger limousine in its place.

I understand that the short notice is difficult to work with and I very much appreciate how helpful and understanding you were when dealing with me today. The solution you offered by changing the limo and the reduction in price, has allowed our evening to still go on! I would have had to cancel otherwise.

I did receive the new conformation email with the new pricing. I will have the additional $166.00 that is owed to the driver upon his arrival.

Thank-you again. You and Mermaid Limousine has surpassed all of my expectations and I will recommend you to others.

Thank you very much for providing such a fun night for the girls at the Rhianna concert in Toronto , Thursday ! The driver was super, and friendly. She went out of her way to assure the girls arrived home safe and sound !
The limo ride was fine, but there was a problem on the ride into Toronto. It was stifling hot in the back. As the girls couldn't open any windows, they asked Mary Jean to adjust the A/C, but it didn't seem to make a difference. They didn't complain further as they thought maybe that's just how it was ? They were kind of sweaty. Curious your thoughts on this matter.

You are an amazing and nice person. I apologize for not getting back to you yesterday. I sincerely thank you for your generosity but unfortunately given the circumstances more people have cancelled and I am afraid that I am going to have to cancel my plans and eat the loss on my deposit.

I understand that I have to cancel 48 hours prior to the time I would have the limo pick us up which would be 8pm tonight. I really cannot afford to loose on the $300.00 deposit as it is, and I would fear holding off seeing if I can recruit others to come and not get back to cancel with you in time for the deadline so I am very emotional cancelling now.

I was wondering if you could forward this email off to Gabby. We used your limo service once again this time for my mom's wedding. We have also used you for my wedding, stag and doe, my sister's graduation, and numerous airport runs. We have had some okay driver's and some great drivers. I would like to commend our driver this past Saturday October 15th. I am sure you can look up who our driver was, as unfortunately I can't remember her name . She was early, and helped us get everything in the car. She was friendly and went over the top to make sure that she was accommodating us and making sure that every detail was met to keep us happy. As I have mentioned we have had some really great service over the years with mermaid limo however this driver made the drive for everyone perfect and helped complete my mom's special day. Just wanted to send BIG Thank You for helping us make Austin's homecoming AMAZING!! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Toronto Sick Kids Hospital and back! To see Austin's face as we pulled up in front of the hospital and his Dad got out and said ok Austin are you coming home now or what!! Tears rolled down his face as he realized this was all for him!!! He never imagined that when the party limo came around the corner it was for him!! Austin has had a long rough road the last couple of years, but especially the last 5 weeks, and to have his home coming be this big was so overwhelming to him, he said he felt like a celebrity!!
