Terry was the salesperson and did a great job.The technicians did a super job as well. They were efficient and careful not to track dirt into the house. They explained how everything worked. Simply put, MetroAir did a Great Job.

MetroAir has been reliable with annual maintenance; after we moved, the new house needed a new furnace and A/C. MetroAir sent a pleasant, experienced techician to inspect the equipment and recommend a replacement. He did not over-sell, but recommended Lennox units that would suit the size of our home. We had a Lennox furnace before, which provided years of reliable service. The new furnace and A/C came without delay and an installation crew of 3 came, as-scheduled - they put down protection for our floors before removing the old equipment; and then they explained and installed the new furnace and A/C. Done the same day. Pleasant, helpful, friendly. Reassuring to get this done before Winter. If asked, I would recommend MetroAir and Lennox furnace and A/C to others. - Robert, Newmarket, Ontario
The service provided by MetroAir is exceptional. They have always addressed my needs in a professional and timely manner. The Lennox furnace and A/C are working very well and I am really pleased. the iComfort wifi is also a very nice thermostat - I just wish that the user manual was a little more informative. For example, no where can I find information on the "save energy" mode for the LCD screen. I turned this function on once and was able to wake the screen from darkness by touching the first time but the following day I was not able to wake the display and could not find any information on how to do so. The display finally came back on its on. Unless I missed it, I can not find any information on this feature. Really nice thermostat but lacking in user information. - James, Scarborough, Ontario
Three MetroAir installers came on-time for the work; they removed the old furnace and A/C, installed the new furnace and A/C, tested the units and explained how they worked. They put down a drop cloth keep the home clean and tidy and they removed the old units and old parts of ductwork etc. which were replaced during the installation. They kept me informed of their progress and answered my questions.
We love it when people move and take us with them.

It’s been two weeks since MetroAir installed our new furnace and duct work. The installation was a big job, including the furnace installation, reinstalling an air conditioner coil and a lot of new duct work in the basement, as well as fixing some of the original duct work that someone else had done.
It took the guys over eight hours to complete. Although it looked like mayhem in the basement for a while, when they were done it was pretty clean.
To say we’re happy is an understatement. Adding the extra duct work to heat the basement makes all the difference. Heat throughout the house is now even, with no hot or cold spots. We also can’t believe just how quiet the new furnace is – we hardly know it’s on.
One thing we should note – Patrick went above and beyond what you might normally expect in a salesman. He spent two hours on a Saturday morning explaining everything we ever wanted to know about furnaces, heating and duct work. He treated the house as a “whole system” rather than just trying to sell us a furnace, something the other people we had in for quotes didn’t do. We’re glad he did.
