Hi i agree with the other person the same thing happened to me i didnt even get to meet the dr instead they tried to sell me about the bad breath test?? lol. But there is more, this place does not offer assitance to those who have insurance. They had the nerve to ask me to call my insurancwe company?? like i know what to ask them?? so i specifically asked they call my insurnace company to get an estimate as to what i was covered for which they never did??.i called in one day and had asked the secretary what she found out ??and she said oh im sorry we dont have it i will have to do again , and asked that i call her back to followup in case she didnt call?? which i thought was rude. anyhow on the ph that day she mentioned that i was to get a tooth extraction?? which i had no idea of and of course they didnt give me any sense of urgency considering they booked me for a breath exam b4 even seeing the dr??? So she never called me back i wasnt surprised and i didnt call back either it was too late i had experienced to much all at once!! this is the worst experience for people like me that have an anxiety about going to the dentist they just made it worse. Oh well i need to move on and ui will i never went back and nor do i paln to as of today i am looking for a new dentist one that cares about there patients!!
