Everything that was to be carried out during the work of the car was explained to me very clearly. This procedure made me feel quite comfortable.

These three people are the reason why we chose to stay with Honda and purchase a new vehicle. George was great...his service exceeded my expectations. He arranged for shuttle service to and from my home in a prompt and timely manner. He did called me to inform and explain to me that brakes needed to be replaced at this time. He was great.

As soon as I arrived at the facility George Wong approached me and welcomed me right away. He asked me what he can do for me and I told him I have an appointment for for my Honda Pilot for an change oil. He took care of me right away he said it is about a 30 to 45 minute job. I'm so impressed it was done before the time...great job!! Thumbs up for Midtown Honda and their employees for their excellent job. Not to mention the building itself is well clean and very accommodating. You definitely raise the bar!

Just had brakes replaced. Fast, friendly and strive for honest service. Only one complaint. Was told that car had been washed and waxed as a courtesy, but was not. Same old dust and stains remain.

The amount of time required to complete my servicing was explained clearly and I was provided with full Internet access to complete some work while I waited. I was also provided with suggestions of things to do in the meantime, which I certainly appreciated!

It was a pleasure to visit Midtown Honda for the first service our 2013 Honda CRV. We were told that it will take 45minutes to one hour and the job was completed very much in time.

I did not have an appointment so I decided to take a chance to have the service done. Sure enough they took me right away and within a couple of hours I had my car back. Thank you!!!!

I brought my car in late in the day to have the tires rotated and they still took the time to do a B level service AND wash the car.

I was helped by a gentleman named Chris White, and I wanted to commend him on the level of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service that he displayed. Yesterday when I came in to the dealership there seemed to be a mix-up regarding my service appointment. This resulted in a long anticipated wait time, so I opted to come back on a different day. While the situation was less than ideal, I felt like Mr. White truly valued my time and tried his best to accommodate me in the best way that was possible at the time. When I came back today the service was exceedingly quick. All in all, I left a happy customer.

I had the pleasure to work along side Chris White he was a true gentleman, he made me feel like I was the only custumer in the dealership (even though it was busy that morning) he was concern on all accepts of mine and the car well been, from a rental car to helping me decide on the right tires. His communication with me was great. I would also like to thank I believe it was a gentleman called Mike the mechanic that worked on my car, thank you for staying late.

My service consultant Shafin had my car done 1 hour earlier than promised. In all my years getting cars serviced, he is far and away the BEST I have ever dealt with. This our 3rd time dealing with him and if all the other service consultants are like him, then your dealership has a dream team.

I have been taking my 2004 Honda Civic to Midtown Honda and Dalt's Hoda for the last nine years and have had very good service and a very courtious and helpfull staff.
