Everyone was great right from the start. The van was ready sooner than expected. I got the appointment when I wanted, and I propped off and picked up the van when it was convenient for me. Thank you to everyone for the great service and experience.
Chris White helped me to choose the best summer tires for my car. He was honest, clear and helpful. Actually my experience with this dealership has been fantastic since day one. I wasn't charged for my recent oil change because it took twice as long (thanks again Chris) and my car is washed every time I bring it in for service. All of these little things add up, and are most appreciated. Excellent customer service that always stands out in my mind.

The service advisor, Liz, was and is very thoughtful and reassuring. She was patient to have me understand all there was to do the my pilot. I always ask for her. Because of her, I will always return. She is trustworthy. Thank you!
My husband took our Honda in for a maintenance visit and because the engine light came on in the vehicle. The booking was very easy online, and the vehicle was seen right away. The service was prompt, efficient, and honest. The bill was very detailed and specific. Our only criticism was the estimate would have been nice if it was given to us with HST as well, and even though the work was completed in 3 hrs, my husband had been waiting there the whole time for the vehicle and no one knew. No one came out or contacted him to explain to him what the problem with the engine light was EVEN IF it was covered under warranty (I think this should have been done if there was a potential problem or no problem with the vehicle). I received an email telling us our vehicle was ready for pick-up when he had been sitting there the whole time. A bit of improvement in the communication during the repair would have made it a nicer experience.
I have had two cars serviced at this dealership many times in the past. The level of service has been great but I see some areas for improvement. I suspect business has grown. I asked to have some damage on my rear bumper examined since the car was being serviced for maintenance minder care. No one bothered to follow up and ask me about it. Not interested in my business would be my reaction. When calling in and being patched to the service department to explain that I was waiting for a pick up ride back to the dealership having received a call indicating that a driver was on his way, I was put on hold and left for more than 10 minutes. I take this also as a sign of poor customer care. No one came back on line. I hung up. They will have to do a great deal better if keeping me as a repeat customer is their objective.
Chris is my go-to man... I travel 20 + km out of my way to see Chris at Midtown Honda, when Parkway Honda is literally spitting distance from work. But I would not have it any other way. Midtown is where I've bought my last two Hondas and the only place I go for service. That is loyalty you can't buy. It's the people that make the difference.
In addition to fixing my car within the time promised, i requested and received a Shuttle ride to and from the subway, making my experience of dropping the car there very simple. Also, the service bays were very clean and I was treated very respectfully by everyone there.
The service team is awesome!! Liz is fantastic, she explains everything to me each time i get my vehicle serviced and she calls me right away if additional work needs to be done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else!!!
Midtown is consistently excellent with service. The day before, I took a Mazda to a local dealership and was completely underwhelmed. My experience at Midtown was significantly better and showed why I am happy to be a customer.
Liz is great, honesty and integrity keep me coming back for over 20 years! I drive a 1989 Honda Accord EXI, and I love it, it has style and large windows, which the current ones do not, anyway, I noticed drippings on the floor, after I drove it in, beside Liz's desk and Liz assured me they would check for oil leaks, etc. when the car was on the hoist to change the tires. Good news, it was just my undercoating, from last November starting to melt. Thanks Liz for being so honest and personable.
Everything about the service experience is professional. They routinely send a reminder call in advance of the appointment and provide shuttle service to the subway. All the staff are friendly and courteous. It was a nice surprise to find all the winter grime washed off my car after my last appointment!
Always have a good experience at this dealership. Have been dealing with them for many years. Service is one of the reasons we continue to be Honda customers. Service advisors (Liz and others) understand and respect my needs (allergies to chemicals) and ensure they are met so that I am comfortable.
I didnt have appointment and call Shafin (Service Advisor), he promptly asked to bring the car. My car fixed in 1 hr and absolute incredible speedy service. Thank you Midtown Honda. You guys put passion in the work.
