Mission Creek Ranch is a really great place to board your horse, have lessons in English, dressage, jumping, 3 day eventing. Western lessons available from beginner to advanced. Cutting and reining lessons available by appointment.

The "Couples Resort"
Located next to the Mission Creek Greenway, easy access to trails but your horse must be fairly broke for this, as the Greenway can be quite a busy place.
Indoor arena, old but good footing and lighting has been improved by present business there. Outdoor arena watered and worked every day. Lots of shade and grass to hang out with your horse. Big fields and shelters in many areas. Staff always on hand to help out.
The care is great, hay fed 3-4 times a day, grain fed by staff or by yourself.
Self or full board, inside or outside.

Mission Creek Ranch is located in Kelowna, next door to the Kelowna Riding Club, and has access to the Greenway for hacking and trail riding. All three barns are clean and well cared for. Some of the fencing is new and some is quite old but it is all strong and safe for the horses, if there is a problem the staff fix it and they walk the fence lines to make sure there are no protruding nails or broken boards. The arenas have new footing and are watered and harrowed daily, the indoor is bright and well lit with the lights and there is a grass field available for riding and jumping as well. All horses who are boarded outside 24/7 have shelters and there is no extra charge for shelter in paddocks or fields. There are grass fields availiable for the horses who live in the single horse dirt paddocks. New shelters have been built as well. Hay is fed 3x's a day, alfalfa and grass is available, also the barn provides beet pulp, complete feed, and cob, other grains and suplements are provided by horse owners, but the staff will mix all grains. The staff turnout, feed, grain, blanket, unblanket, turnin, water all the horses including the self board. The barn is under new managment, D&L Equine Services are leasing the property and have been making a great deal of changes and improvments to the property. The staff are great and will bend over backwards to make sure that all the horses are happy and healthy. The moral is high at the barn, the boarders are happy and friendly, as well as the staff (who are always ready to help out the boarders with any problem they may be having). They have had pancake breakfasts, bonfires to rost hot dogs and marshmallows, and a very well recieved christmas party. Overall Mission Creek Ranch is a wonderful barn to board at, being there is a great experience for the boarders and the horses.
