I am a returning customer twice now and both cars I leased were Honda Civic's. I love the style of the car, the service was great and I will be coming back for another vehicle. Take note, my first Honda Civic DX I purchased was in 1990. Keep up the good work.

The car (HONDA CIVIC)is what I expected with some new extras but wish it had a GPS which is apparently only in certain "high" end models . The salesperson did not indicate this. The product advisor was good and Financial person who filled in for Dan very personable and nice. They did forget to give me some paperwork ( Lease guard protection) which I had to ask for. My suggestion is giving the copies right away to the customer. Mr RH july 11,2012

I was very happy with the customer service I received and the car itself has been great. I appreciate the free car washes and oil changes that come with buying a car through this dealership.

My only complaint is that before picking up my car, it was supposed to be detailed and it was not. I was told that this dealership does not accept used cars that had pets in them but I have found a fair amount of dog hair in the car (and again shows that the car wasn't properly detailed before pick-up).

Overall, however my experience has been very positive thus far.

I'll tell anyone who will listen (and I have done this a number of times) that Mississauga Honda is probably the best Honda dealer in Canada. I'd go further. It's probably the best dealer of any kind in Canada.

The helpful, polite, professional staff is outstanding. I'm always greeted well and given what I can only call the best service of any dealer I have encountered. Adrian Geofroy and his staff (and in particular service adviser Jose Rosales) are always professional and willing to do all they can to solve your problem and to make your service experience second to none.

I would say that ALL the staff are similarly qualified to receive this praise, even the young women who are there to collect payment for the service rendered. It can be a tough job but they are always cheerful and helpful.
