The team seems nice, attentive and professionnal at first sight and meetings. They seem to have the real intention to help you out make this special day easy, agreable and kept under control. However, their performance was a total idsaster the day of the wedding. We've had complaints about them from everyone; guests, friends, owner of the venue, and even from the other vendors that were present at our wedding (DJ, videographer, photographer, etc.). They had a total lack of organization and implication in the activities all through the day. They gave attitude to the guests, they panicked at the little things not happening the way they wanted them to, instead of trying to work them out, they were screaming at guests and at other vendors, they weren't following the itinerary at all, they didn't bother to take care of the little things such as, placing the people, smiling and greeting, making things easy and fun, you know. Instead, my husband (the groom) and the waitresses did all the job because the planners weren't attentive to the things they were supposed to take care of. Very unsatisfiyng service with MJ Wedding, total loss of money. Do not book with them, they're lack of attention, care, implication and professionalism will make your day a little harder than you wish you had.
