FAILURE TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMER REQUEST. May 5, 2009

I had called on behalf of the Ministry of Health last week requesting information on rental or/and purchase of a quality conference telephone system.

I was told that the sales person was out of the office in Saskatoon and that he would definitely call back the next day (Tuesday) I believe.
