I would have gone with a 5 star but plumbler forgot to turn the water back on fully. I phoned company back mentioning low water pressure and whistling noise from shower. Unable to send a technician that day. I spent an anxious day until husband came home and determined the problem.

We called Neptune Plumbing to help us put in plumbing in two sinks after work was completed on the countertops. Bryan came and did the work required, answered endless questions with no problems, and showed us how we could improve our drainage on all of our sinks. Great sense of humour! Recently had a water heater installed and was not happy with how you get to pricing. The system they have is opportunistic. When you try to get a budget price over the phone they skirt this issue and state they have to come out and give you a quote for $69.00. When I state that I have a budget already, they do not want to get into pricing and want you to commit to a service call. Since I had limited options and needed service, I fell into this trap and paid $560.00 more (50% higher) than my other estimate. I was a stupid consumer and that is my fault. After I told this story at work, a colleague at work stated that is why he never used them because he experienced the same thing --- obviously he was smarter than me.

I will not recommend Neptune because of this practice and will not use them in my personal or business dealings in the future

good service but very expense. They charge by service versus by hour + materials. I was charged $400 for one hour of actual service time. Material costs were negligible.
