Went in to try on my bridesmaid dress. Thought that it was too loose in the bust but the owner thought it fit fine. Picked up the dress and it was steamed. Went to put on the dress and nothing was pre-tied and I was left running to a place in Saskatoon to get it tied. After-all the costumer was right as I kept busting out all night long. Could not have fun at the wedding at all because of this issue. I am taking my wedding dress from that store and having someone who knows how to fit a dress alter it!!

I disagree with the negative reviews. I have been in there 3 times looking for a dress and each time the owner and the staff have been super helpful. I am going to order my dress from New Line for sure!

This place was great!!!!! The other comments ignore them. The owner helped me find a great wedding dress and the sales people were excellent. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the selection of dresses they had!! 10/10!

wow really.. i went there for my grad dress and i found the sales reps very very helpful and the owner very friendly i was overly pleased with my selection and it seems like no matter how busy they are they always make time for everyone.

I disagree with the other comments . I liked the dress selection and I was helped right away. The owner was quick and efficient. She even threw in something a little extra when I bought my wedding dress. I was in and out with me, and my bridemaids the same day with my dress in hand and the other dresses sized and ordered.

I agree with the previous review. This place is a bad place to go if your wanting a special and happy occasion shopping for dresses with your family for a wedding. I am very un happy with the service from the owner as she was very rude and the staff not willing to help. Go elsewhere!
