the man who answered the phone was very helpful and gave me direct and quick service. evidence shows he knows the stock. maybe the owner??? the cage i am after is $27.00 cheaper than a a popular store on commercial drive and a major pet store chain. i would recommend this store for any person looking for a hamster starter kit. he gives advice on proper shavings and other necessary items. all from the comfort of my home. great!
