We started out visiting other dealerships and even other local Ford stores to compare vehicles and had horrible experiences. We came in contact with Rob Farrington through a co-worker who had a great buying experience through him...and thank the gods we did!!! He is an amzing and knowledgeable salesman that genuinely cared for our needs. We now tell everyone about our experience with Rob!

I can not say enough good things about the service I received from the staff at Northway. The sales rep Rob Farrington was just as good when I bought my 2010 Ranger 2 years ago and seem to excel when it came time for me to get my new one. Rob covered everything about the different models I was looking at and ultimately got me into the right one that fit me.

This was our 1st time buying a ford. Great service, quick and very efficient. Stacey Cook did an excellent job! Would definitley return in the future

I just bought a new fiesta and I had a problem with the transmission, I bought it from another Ford dealer and I just want to say I came into the service department with reservations due to the fact that I didn't purchase their. then I met the service manager Kevin,he was not only accommodating to our time restraints he also explained the repair we required, the level of customer service& knowledge was the best I have had at any dealership ever!! Way to go Northway keep up the after purchase support. P.s. When my lease is up I am going to try the sales department,not worried if it's as good as service department.

Online research helped me know what I wanted. Process with the dealer went very smoothly. Ford Customer Service participation in online forum was a nice addition - helping track the vehicle build timing - adding to the excitement of a new vehicle.

Stacey was a big help. this was the first car my husband and I purchased brand new so it was an exciting time, but it came with a lot of questions and phone calls - I am sure it was a pain in the butt but he took every call when he was available and ensured we were taken care of and my husband and I were happy. The fact that Northway ford was open on Sundays was the reason we went through the door, Stacey kept us there.

I had a very pleasant negotiation with Stacey Cooke. This is my first ford in 20 years. Most recent cars have been Nissan. I am impressed with the Edge except for the turn signal lever.

Just purchased a brand new Ford Fiesta Lime Squeezed 2012
Salesman Rob Farrington and Elise Brandford were great to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Love my new car. It was meant to be - even have matching earrings. hahahaha. I'll be on a major high for months if not years.
My car is a perfect fit. What more can I say - I'm happy!!!!
