The ladies there are very accommodating and very experienced. They are able to choose the perfect pair of frame that suited my face almost immediately. Always a few selection to choose from (fun and professional). I always enjoy my visit as I always have a good laugh when I leave there as well...kinda like Cheers in Boston and I am Norm. Good job ladies...I will be back even after over 15 years.

The wonderful ladies here showed me how to properly put in contacts and take them out (after a traumatizing experience at my previous optometrist..I'm talking bleeding eyeball!)They were patient, empathetic, professional, efficient, wonderful! I will keep going back!

i really like this store! not only is the staff really helpful but theyre really kind too. They offered me exactly what my budget is (what i can afford) even though i really cannot afford fancy designer sunglasses. the staff also made me feel right at home and i'm glad i actually went in even though it did look intimidating from the outside appearance.

Both Alla and Nellie are fantastic! From the time that I stepped into the store and when I left! I was having a problem selecting frames until Alla chose two for me. One was LA Eyeworks and the other pair was an Iyoko Inyaki. Both were superb; and Nellie helped with the final decision. Once the frames were out of the way, Alla went through all the options of types of optics available.

I learned something from her and went with her advice. Once I made the decision I spoke to Nellie who also said that I could go for different optics, and that was my decision. I stuck to what both of them said.

Just got my new glasses, and am so happy I listened to both Alla and Nellie. Both are so professional, and I can only highly recommend them to anyone no matter what your budget. Top drawer and first class all the way.

If you do go see Alla she is the best! They are now the only place I'll go for my glasses.

The Sales people in this place will treat you like gold before you pay .... but once they have your money it will take a long time to get your glasses (it took more than three weeks to get mine). Moreover, I did not mind paying extra because I wanted to get a very good pair of glasses but I was also disappointing with the quality. Overall, I would never visit this store again.

very expensive compared to the other stores and does not offer on sight lens replacement. You will have to leave there without your glasses and come back after several days if you need glasses and/or lenses.

I too like this store very much. The staff is friendly and I really rely on their expertise. I have never had a problem with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I like this store, the owner/manager is excellent at helping to select the right pair, and she carries good products: all the latest styles, and lots of different designers. She works with your insurance to maximize your purchasing power. I like this place. She's also extremely knowledgeable. I bought Klik's with Nikon lenses and I love the quality of the lense.
