The beautiful set-up and presentation of the late evening buffet was so very impressive, especially witht he table arangment, the ice sculpture and the background lighting under the table. We were so very delighted and out guests were truly impressed.

We could not ask for better food and service! I will highly recommend your establishment to anyone.

I hardly know where to begin so I will start by extending my sincerest THANK YOU to you and your staff at the Olympia! You had promised me the "WOW Factor" and I am here to say to you, and all who will listen, that you not only delivered on your promise but you far exceeded it.

I am still fielding calls and e-mails from guest raving ( and I mean RAVING) about the venue. The professionalism of the staff who have clrealy been well trained and professionally managed so well as to meet nothing less than the highest standards was not lost admist the magical and romantic ambience of the entire evening. Each call and email! I have recieved, bar none, stated emphatically that our wedding was the very best and most enjoyable wedding- get ready for it- that they had EVER attended and couldn't thank me enough for including them!

What can I say about the food other than it was superb, cooked to perfection, displayed and severed with the utmost of style, and so abundant that my guest's could not, try as they might consume all that was offered. Your wonderful chef is worth his weight in gold in my humble opinion and thus shared by everyone else's in attendence!

I just wanted to say thank-you to you and all your staff at the Grand Olympia. You made our day absolutely perfect. I want you to know how much we appreciated all your time and effort in making our wedding so memorable and special. From the decor in the hall, to the fantastic food and service, we are greatful. I apologize for the long wait time in sending this email, however with our honeymoon and family commitments we have been a little less than efficient with our time.

I firstly would like to thank you for everything you did for us. I have never received such excellent customer service as we did in our first meeting with you and every interaction that followed by phone. You have an attention to detail that is quite remarkable, and I know without doubt that had we not had the meeting with you our day would have been absolutely affected, although i'm sure still amazing, the little touches that meant so much to us would not have been in place and I can't thank you enough for that.

I also want to thank you,You went above and beyond to get us what we needed, and when my family altered their plans you went above and beyond again when you didn't need to, it was a real treat enjoying such service,I have told everyone about the inspiring manner in which you run your business, you have a gift.

Mitchell and Tyler (i hope I have spelt their names correctly) were magnificent. They tended to our every need with professionalism and an infectious calmness. We didn't have a single hiccup all night, and I know that is due to their excellent work and the incredible planning of your team. It's difficult to not fill this email with gushing remarks and praise that borders on ridiculous, but we have attended many weddings, and from top to bottom our experience was flawless, we have received nothing but compliments from our guests about the impeccable service, and the one constant remark was that the quality of the food was the best that anyone has had at a wedding to date. One guest is attending culinary school and expressed their shock at the high level of quality, they ate too much on the night so they were a little too lazy to dance however :-). The midnight buffet rivalled any, it was perfect.

I can't say enough good things about our day with The Olympia, I will recommend your organization to everyone and I will do it knowing that there is no better place to host a Wedding, I only wish we had brought more people to experience our day.

On Friday, March 11th, 2011 I had occasion to attend my son`s wedding reception at the Olympia on Barton Street. I have been to functions at both locations. The Olympia is known for its service, but I have to tell you, the service we received (being directly involved) far surpassed our expectations.

Your staff must be commended what a wonderful group. In particular I need to mention TYLER RAYNHAM. He is a great asset to your organization. His people skills, and his attention to detail were outstanding. The waiters were very friendly, professional and the service was impeccable. ZAID ´was serving my table and he was very accommodating. The bartender, Lloyd was professional and quick.

Your staff helped make the reception a huge success. I commend them and your organization.

Over the years, we have been to many functions at the Olympia, and each time has been better than the last! I have always said "when we get engaged I know where our reception will be"! Without a doubt, you made our wedding day a "magical fairy tale" right from our very first meeting to the end of our special day! The staff was amazing, food was hot & plentiful and the hall looked even more beautiful than what I had imagined. We put our total trust into Olympia and you delivered beyond our expectations! Everyone kept saying to us "we are were having a great time and that it is the best wedding that they had ever been too". I still cry everytime I look at the photo's! Anyone wishing to book the "wedding of their dreams", look no further... you have found the place!
