Had a custom window built by Ostaco after several delays we received our window with one of 3 panes broken. The window was installed and while we waited for the replacement window, the window bowed out severely. They were prompt to replace the window with a revamped design to strengthen the window however a similar bowing occurred. We are now 5 months into the process and we received a call telling us that in their opinion it is within tolerance. My question is what tolerance? Has anyone ever had a window where the glass is actually bent/curved from the bowing? I won't be buying anymore windows from Ostaco as it appears to me that they are treating this as a job too small for any further consideration.

I had Ostaco patio doors installed in my home and it looks fantastic. The quality and service was exceptional and I would recommend their product.

Ostaco's team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made is easy for me to choose the patio doors I wanted and I was very satisfied with their doors.

Got a door with grills. You can clearly see the pins in the joints of the grills. Very shoddy put together. Now what?
