    My special thanks to the Busines Manager for his support to conclude this deal and also thanks for giving me the navigation system as Gift.

    Sales representitative AIM Mujib is excellent in dealing very professionally with me and my wife. I really appreciate his profesional attitude and advice and giving me the best option to select the exact honda civic according to my financial capacity.
    AIM Mujib probably the best sales person I have ever met. I am happy and very confortable to deal with him. I wish him all the success in his career.

    We have dealt with many Honda dealerships in our time and this one definitely impressed! Our children were entertained so that our attention could go to the car we were interested in. We were treated so well that my wife and I talked about it all the way home. We live in Barrie Ontario and have a Honda dealership in our city. We have had numerous issues at this dealership and almost gave up on Honda's because of the lack of service. Parkway Honda has been amazing, the drive was definitely worth it.....our faith has been restored!

    This is my third vehicle that I leased from Parkway Honda within a year and a half and all my experiences have been excellent.
    All through from the Sales Team to Customer Service and the Service Crew have been very helpful and accommodating; I'll mention some of the names that I've dealt with recently that certainly have made the difference (Pamela Graham my Service Advisor, Aim Mujib the Sale Rep and even Mike Siomos and Paul Lee).
    Parkway Honda...Keep up the good work!!!

    I would highly recommend this Honda Dealership to all my Family and Friends with no hesitation.

    OK I just found out that Parkway donates $20 to Canadian Cancer Society for each review on top of the $1 from n49. Now that this misunderstanding is cleared up I have to say 5 stars.

    Last Friday morning I had my battery changed by CAA. After that my car stereo would not come on and I learned from CAA that I need the code so I called Parkway Honda that same morning. I was connected to Service Department. I was not able to get a hold of anyone so I left a voicemail asking about the code. I believe I called a couple of times that day. I waited and nobody called me back. Saturday came and still no callback so I called again. The receptionist transferred me to Services and I cannot get anyone, I left a voicemail again. I called 2 or 3 times and all goes to the voicemail. This time I was getting frustrated so I called again and tell Arianne about what is going on. Arianne understanding my disappointment and being helpful told me that she will look it up in the system and will call me back. I got hope this time and waited. She indeed called me back unfortunately the code was not in the records and she advised me to come and speak to Rickly (not sure with spelling of his name). She said that Rickly will help me to get the code without charge. So I came about 3PM and found Rickly. He greeted me and eagerly went to my car. He tried to get the code by pushing a couple of buttons but it did not work. He helped me looking at my car documents to see If there is a record of the stereo serial number somewhere. We found a sticker in the front compartment with a number but not really sure if that is what we need. So we brought it to the Parts Department to see if it works. We got a code and Rickly (very excited) tried it. Yes, it worked. I was very happy since the radio means a lot to me driving to work everyday and the CD player for my audio files. BTW, another guy called me while driving to Parkway Honda that same Saturday informing me that pulling out the the audio compartment will cost over $100. I was very happy that Rickly took time looking for the serial number in my car. He was very helpful and eager to get it to work. I commend Arianne for the patience, trying to help me in her own way possoible and referred me to Rickly. These two guys made me feel good and it shows that there are still people who understands when people needs help. Charging a customer for just a code is not very encouraging although I understand that the business requires me to pay. But what are the chances that one day I may buy again another car and you can get more than $100 dollars from the sales. Car will be the same wherever dealership you go but the people will be different. If I will buy a Honda again, it is because of the people who cares. People who makes the big difference.

    POOR DELIVERY

    I have been waiting for a vehicle for over 3 months and Parkway Honda still has not delivered. They promised delivery in December and it is almost the end of January. They never give me any updates and ignore all my calls and emails. If you want a Honda, don't come here to purchase your vehicle.

      Thank-you for sharing your concern. I have spoken with my Management Team and I was unable to determine specifically what has happened with your order as PSU2012. We do in fact have some delayed shipments from Honda due to the natural disasters that occurred but our records show that our clients have been kept aware of the status of the vehicle.     I am a huge fan of Parkway Honda's approach to service. Having encountered issues with other dealership in the past I found dealing with the PH team to be unbelievable. Finally, someone listened to my issues and worked on a solution and exceeded my expectations. Each and every time!!! My car comes back with no surprises, clean and in perfect working conditions and always on time! I will only buy my Honda's from PH and only PH will service my Honda's too.     I am a huge fan of Parkway Honda. I have had some rough experiences with other Honda dealerships and since moving over to PKWY Honda, I have had nothing but great experiences. They listen and care. My car was always looked after perfectly and returned clean. Service staff are wonderful and attentive. I will only deal with Parkway Honda for my Honda needs.

    I moved from Orillia about 3 years ago and needed to get a car. A friend had a Honda from Parkway and recommended I try there. Car dealerships can be intimidating ,especially for a woman!     The last car I bought was a 2011 Honda Civic from Parkway Honda and had an excellent experience while doing so. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted automatically and approached by a sales representative who was very helpful in guiding us. We had visited a few other competitors before approaching Honda and did not receive the same service that Parkway had to offer us. The staff were enthusiastic about their work and were excellent with answering every question I had asked. I have and will continue to highly recommend Parkway Honda to all that are out searching.

    I consider the complete customer service experience when reviewing any business. Whether it's a restaurant, dry cleaner or a car dealer. They'd better meet my expectations or I'm out the door. I keep returning to Parkway as they continue to meet or exceed my expectations. From my intial purchase through to the service experience, I'm treated with courtesy, respect and consistently receive good value for my hard earned $$$. Service reception is prompt and indoor (nice in the winter!) Internet cafe is comfy and a great spot to keep working or enjoy a snack. Parkway's my dealer of choice!

    Everyone in the service department gets a share of the profits each month. The message is driven from the top down because the people on the top gets the biggest share. I also heard the place is for sale and they are trying very hard to drive up the numbers to maximize the sale price.

      It is not the practice of Parkway honda to pad our invoices. We are here for our customers and feel that we are very fair in trying to come to agreements with customers if they feel the invoice is a touch too high. We are a flat rate garage and our labour times quoted are all industry standard. We use Mitchells and Chilton times. As for the comment about us profit sharing it is completely untrue and unfounded.
      We look forward to servicing our customers vehicles for many years to come.

    I wasted an afternoon at this dealership yesterday trying to get a 2007 Civic for a reasonable price and get a decent price for my trade-in. The Civic was overpriced and the offer for my trade-in was insulting. I will never go there again and recommend against wasting your time and hard earned money there.
