I have several drivers and vehicles in my family, and Tom and his staff always give us service and quality. Tom and his crew know my wife and kids and what I am driving and actually suggest repairs that save me money! I recently damaged an expensive rim on my truck and instead of selling me a new rim with the associated mark up, Tom suggested a place I could get it repaired for half price instead! This guy has a customer for life, because I know Parr Auto Body in Saskatoon puts the customer ahead of profit!

Parr Auto Body went far beyond my expectations to have my vehicle repaired. I was informed regularly with updates and progress on the work. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was outstanding. Also, my vehicle was washed and the inside was detailed after the repairs were finished. The staff was amazing and made a negative situation (car accident repair) into positive results.

I was very impressed, right from my first phone call (which was answered by the owner on a holiday weekend!) The front desk staff was very professional and friendly, my car was taken in fast, and the work was done quickly. And, when I asked for an estimate on other work, I was told the work really didn't need to be done! I don't know when the last time was that I encountered such an honest business - talking me out of spending money with them! Very impressive!
