No communications. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. No information or updates about my order for weeks. I gave them a second chance - but this is two order in two months that have gone the exact same way. Will never shop here again.

You could not pay me enough to shop at pccyber. The customer service is beyond terrible with the exception of a few sales people, but they are long gone from that store.

I work and have worked in IT for over 10 years. I've seen the best prices go from store to store. Currently it's between PCCyber and RBC but if you want it in stock go for PCCyber. RBC seems to never have the stock and always have to order it for you. That has been the case only once for a specialty item at PCCyber.
