In mid-2007 I received a flyer from PC Insurance offering the most competive insurance rates in the market and what attracted me the most was a "dissapearing deductible" that every yr without a claim your deductible would be reduced by $200....following yr, I get an increase of approx 25%..They blamed it on everyone else's claims in my area. Last yr, I got another 35% increase but the docs came too late for me to shop around and this yr, another 50% on my car and 80% on my home!!! no reason, no claims, no accidents, no tix...plus no more "dissapearing deductible" because they now "changed carriers and they don't offer it!! what a bunch of BShitng scammers !! Stick to selling FOOD PC!!!

My auto insurance is coming up for renewal and PC financial raised my premium up 25% for no reason at all. I did not have any claim and have same coverage as last year. So beware of the initial low introduction price they advertize, because in less than four years you will be paying twice as much or 100% more .Can you imagine if you will have any claim on top of that...? The excuse is: the original insurer is no longer underwriting for them blabla...

  This is absolutely 100% true !! Don't be fooled by PC Inc (Aviva)
  I moved to PC Ins. in 2006 and no word of a lie, my rates have increased over 120% for no reason whatsoever!!...no claims, no tickets, nothing !! Oh and the benefit of a "dissapearing deductible" is also gone - and that was one of the attractive benefits of switching to them...just got my renewal papers today and I'm going back to belair...PC should stick to selling food!!
  

I have home insurance policy with PC Financial. Recently they tried to switch to other insurance company (that is not my business). They sent out notice Feb., 2010, (my renewal date is March, 2010). After 2 months (April, 2010), I had not received any policy. I decided to cancel for poor service and also reflect their service that would happen of any claims might occur. Anyway, they charged me for that month (with no policy (contract) which equal to 25% of the whole year.
Totally not happy with them at all.

I had been with PC Financial Insurance for 4 years when I decided to cancel. I had no tickets, no accidents and the premium went up year after year. So I faxed them the cancellation and phoned the next day to be assured my policy was indeed cancelled. But it didn’t stop them from withdrawing from my checking account. I already spent over 2 hours on the phone with them – each representative tells me different BS and I still don’t have my money back. It will take up to 2 weeks I’m told. I know I’m not the only one with this experience. PC Financial has figured out how to screw people over and use their money for free. This is their way of saying thank you for the business.

Been with PC since 2004 had a minor not at fault accident in 2007 so 2008 my insurance automatically went up due to price inflation what a LIE? So 2009 is here my insurance went up again but was told u don't have a deductible YEAH right i don't have a deductible so my insurance went up $1000.00 and I have been a client since 2004 NO THANK YOU keep your insurance and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Please so not sign up with PC Financial, their call centers are outsourced, very farrr away, and the people you talk to do not know much about what is going on, I got screwed majorly!!!!

While the people you talk to seem friendly enough, it takes forever to get changes done to your policy. Adding people to the policy is fairly easy. Removing them...both my son and my daughter moved out in August and got their own vehicles. It is over a month later, and their companies each sent 3 letters of experience and PC still claims they haven't gotten them so we are still paying premiums on these two, even though they don't even live in the same city!!
