I had the pleasure of retaining the services of David Himelfarb & Peter Proszanski , I had to incorporate 2 companies and it was seamless and inexpensive. I felt extra comfortable knowing that a Large firm was interested enough in my small business to help me structure my company, with the knowledge they had about business I cant imagine how someone would not want to hire a firm with this kind of knowledge to ensure you are done right! The price was consistent with smaller, less experienced lawyers so I went with the obvious.
