My car sat for 25 days in their shop. Lost my front license plate. They left a deep and long scratch on my my dash,, front liner not aligned properly, door moulding not attached properly and with huge gaps. They've ruined my Lexus. They even blamed MPI for losing my plate but they eventually found it at the shop that they've subcontracted. Shouldn't they repair it themselves? The General Manager emailed me three times but never did he apologized for the inconvenience and stress that they've caused us. He did not even offered any resolution to the problems they've caused us. The cost of the repair was $$11,105. What a rip off. I brought my concerns to MPI and told them to hold payment as they did not satisfy their end of the deal.
