We had our wedding here and had numerous problems with 'Anna' from the beginning. Overall the staff are very professional. However we had one major issue in which Anna claimed that we owed an additional $1500 at the end of the night IN CASH to cover her staff staying later to clean up. She claimed we had not arranged a later time in advance and was ready to throw out guests out. She even suggested immediately opening our wedding gifts to give her the cash. Is that what we should be doing during our reception?????? I still can't believe how aggressive she was. We were furious having to deal with this on the night of our reception... behind closed doors in their 'office.'

The day after our wedding, I printed off numerous emails going back and forth with Anna months prior about the ending time. The owner was shocked and apologized immediately. He claimed that someone had hacked into her email. Ridiculous. Overall a nice hall... but watch out for shady characters looking to grab your money!!!

I was at Premiere last night for a Bridal Shower and everything was perfect. The service from the second you walked in the door was fabulous. They always made sure everyone had a drink and was doing ok. The food was very good too, nothing to complain about.
I'm going to Premier for the wedding in September and I can't wait. I know everything will be the same if not better!!

We just had our son and future daughter-in-laws engagement party yesterday.........everything was well beyond what we expected........from the welcoming at the door to do the menu right through to leaving at the end of the party the way we were dealt with was phenomenal........the presentation and taste of the food was unbelievable.........I again Thank You for everything and for making the day so special for me and my family.
